Nileema Noble (left), United Nations Resident Coordinator and Judge Aurora Reciña (center), President of the United Nations Association of the Philippines meets with Secretary Jesus Dureza (left), Presidential Adviser on the Process (OPAPP) during the recently concluded wreath-laying ceremony at the tomb of General Carlos Romulo for the commemoration of 61st Anniversary of the United Nations. With a theme, “Stand Up for Peace, Stand Up for a Better World”, the week long celebration is spearheaded by United Nations in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs and various government agencies.
